Inside Sales Support Coordinator
The Inside Sales Support Coordinator supports the inside sales team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries and pickups, and ensuring accurate and timely transaction management. This entry-level role serves as a key liaison between outside sales representatives, customers, operations, and accounting to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
Essential Duties:
- Receive and process customer orders submitted by outside sales representatives
- Verify product availability, pricing, and order accuracy
- Enter orders into ERP/order management system
- Process payments, including credit card transactions and invoicing coordination
- Schedule delivery or customer pickup in coordination with warehouse and logistics
- Communicate order status, shipment tracking, and updates to sales reps and customers
- Assist with preparing quotes and product information as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support promotional programs and product launches
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Customer service–oriented mindset
Highly Preferred:
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, water heating, or building products industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order processing software
- Basic understanding of tankless water heater products
Work Environment:
