Join our Noritz Commercial Sales Team. Generate new sales and increase market share in the Texas and Central region. Travel up to 60% and will be expected to gain new market share. TARGET CANDIDATES POSESS TANKLESS COMMERCIAL WATER HEATING KNOWLEDGE & COMMERCIAL SALES EXPERIENCE.
You'll ease into things with some ride-alongs and counter days, as well as some technical equipment training, then ease into creating new opportunities independently. The current team is strong in tenure and wants to see someone professional join and remain on the team long-term. This role requires a self-driven charger who can apply a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Application of existing commercial tankless water heating knowledge;
Create, maintain and increase market influence in the assigned region(s);
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities;
Create new connections through relationship building and creation;
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase market share;
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations;
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to maximize profitability;
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
Collaboration internally to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
Current on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments;
REQUIREMENTS
Must reside in Texas / near major travel hub - and willing/able to travel region;
Must be legally authorized to work in the US, have valid DL & insurable MVR;
DEMONSTRATED history of SALES in TANKLESS WATER HEATING;
Experience working w/in industry - commercial supply / distribution sales;
Self-managing, motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals;
Dynamic and outgoing engagement style and exceptional follow-through;
Confident presence / delivery during business engagements or presentations;
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously;
Ability to work independently with little or no direction
