Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting to our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves inbound calling, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Duties
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about products and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into the database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and resolve any issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of client information

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications is preferred
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
