With over 7,000 employees across the globe, Noritz has continued to grow since it’s inception as well as its expansion into the North American Market.
Noritz has manufacturing facilities in Japan, Chnia, and Australia, along with sales offices in North America and beyond. As the leading water heater manufacturer in Japan, we have continued to expand since 1990 when Noritz began growing operations globally

Health, Dental, and Vision Care
85% of the health, dental, and vision insurance benefit cost for the employee and 60% of the cost for their dependents. Employees become eligible for insurance benefits on the first of the month following 60 days.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees are eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account which allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical insurance deductibles for those who select a high deductible plan option.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Qualifying employees are also eligible for participation in a Flexible Spending account which allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical or dependent care expenses.
401K benefits are available to all full time employees. Noritz matches dollar to dollar on the first 6% of pay that an employee contributes toward their retirement account
