Stimulus Package Tax Credit

The Federal tax credit allows homeowners who install any of our qualifying models to claim 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $1500. In order to take advantage of the one-time Federal tax credit, homeowners must install a qualifying unit in 2009 or 2010, and claim it on their 2009 or 2010 Federal income tax forms, respectively. The maximum amount a taxpayer may claim for all qualifying energy efficient home improvements including the purchase and installation of a Noritz tankless water heater is $1,500 over the lifetime of the credit (2009-2010). As required by law, please keep your receipt(s) of purchase/installation and print out the Manufacturer's Certification document below for tax record purposes.

SoCal Gas Rebate

Save up to $200 on Tankless Water Heaters
The SoCal Gas Company offers a rebate on qualifying tankless water heaters.
- $200 rebate for models with an Energy Factor of 0.90 or higher
- $150 rebate for models that meet a minimum Energy Factor of 0.82
- Must be replacing a conventional tank-type water heater
- Must be a current SoCal Gas customer

ecoENERGY Retrofit - Homes Program (Canada)
 Thinking of ways to make your home more energy-efficient? Under ecoENERGY Retrofit-Homes, you can qualify for federal grants for installing a Noritz tankless water heater that lowers energy costs, improves comfort and reduces impacts on the environment.
If you replace your domestic hot water heater with an ENERGY STAR qualified Noritz tankless gas water heater with an energy factor (EF) of 0.82 or higher you can receive a $315 rebate.
If you replace your domestic hot water heater with an ENERGY STAR qualified Noritz tankless gas water heater with an energy factor (EF) of 0.90 or higher you can receive a $375 rebate.
