How do I purchase a Noritz tankless water heater?

 

Noritz prides itself by offering our customers true professional grade tankless water heaters, which means we only sell through professional wholesale distribution centers.  We do not sell at retail stores.  Since Noritz tankless water heaters are high-capacity performance water heaters, we need to insure that our units will be installed by a professional for proper installation.  This will also help protect your investment, since the warranty will be void if our units are not installed by a licensed contractor.

What's typically involved in a basic tankless installation?

1. Removal of your old tank water heater
2. Mounting of your new Noritz tankless
3. Service and pressure relief valves
4. Electric power outlet (req. for digital remote, PC board, freeze protection)
5. 3/4" gas line upgrade
6. Hot and cold water pipe lines
7. New vent-run for indoor installations

Note: Every installation is unique to a home.  Your qualified installer will help determine what's best for your application.  Also, it is a good idea to have your installer test your water hardness, since scale build-up will affect the heater's performance and warranty.  Please refer to the "Water Quality" section in the owner's guide for details.
